Research

Diet-related factors are thought to account for about 30% of cancer in developed countries. In addition, in recent years, many estrogenic chemicals, of both biological and non-biological origin, have been discovered in the environment.
 
More and more Americans are taking nutritional supplements. New supplements are being marketed by the pharmaceuticals industry in products that are called nutraceuticals. Research: We are investigating the role of dietary and environmental factors in the genesis of cancers as well as the contribution of nutraceuticals to the prevention of them.
