The Program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is an Intercampus Biochemistry Doctoral Program that consists of faculty and departments on two University of Maryland campuses including the University of Maryland, Baltimore(UMB) and The University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Together, we offer a single course of study leading to the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biochemistry.

Our Graduate Program in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology provides top-tier training and boasts nationally renown faculty members.  The quality of mentoring afforded to each of our graduate students is of the highest caliber.
